Welcome to Ask Eli. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at askeli.pro, operated by Ask Eli LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Ask Eli," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Ask Eli is a platform that helps homeowners find, compare, and connect with local home service professionals. Our service includes an AI-powered diagnostic chat, company search and comparison, and a notification system to connect customers with service providers. Ask Eli is free for customers to use.

2. Use of the Service

By using Ask Eli, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your service needs
• Use the platform only for legitimate home service inquiries
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to manipulate our AI systems
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

3. No Guarantee of Service

Ask Eli connects customers with independent third-party service professionals. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any service provider found through our platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by companies listed on our platform.

4. Verified Partner Program

Companies displaying the "Eli Verified" badge have been reviewed by our team and meet our minimum standards at the time of verification, including a minimum 4.5-star Google rating and 25 or more reviews. Verification does not guarantee future performance or quality of work. Ask Eli reserves the right to revoke verification status at any time.

5. Service Company Terms

Service companies using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their availability, pricing, and services
• Respond to customer notifications in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain the minimum quality standards required for participation
• Pay applicable fees for ZIP code territory subscriptions as agreed

6. ZIP Code Territory Subscriptions

Service companies may purchase monthly ZIP code territory subscriptions for $99 per ZIP code per month. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. Companies may cancel at any time. Ask Eli reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Ask Eli does not store payment card information. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service available at stripe.com/legal.

8. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Service professionals may opt in to receive SMS text messages from Ask Eli LLC, including customer request notifications and account updates, by submitting the sign-up form at askeli.pro/for-pros.html. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering as a partner or purchasing any service.

• Message frequency varies based on customer activity in your area.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@askeli.pro.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For information about how we handle your mobile information, see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Eli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to damages arising from interactions with service providers found through our platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on askeli.pro, including but not limited to the Ask Eli name, logo, "Eli Verified" badge, and platform design, is the property of Ask Eli LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of Ask Eli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at askeli.pro/privacy.html.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Arizona.
